Founder’s Story
Hi, I’m Nancy Njoku-Attah
I started out in the lab, pipetting and reading haematology slides with precision. But deep inside, I knew I wanted more.
#BenchToBusinessFellows was born out of that hunger — to create a space where diagnostic professionals could be more than background players. A space where we build visibility, move into sales, policy, quality, entrepreneurship, or leadership.
We’ve been behind the bench for too long.
Now, we’re pulling up a seat at the table.
